The Holman Middle School Drama Department will perform James and the Giant Peach, The Musical and The Jackal Tales March 2-4 at 7:00 PM in the auditorium. Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door.
Holman is participating in a new recycling effort! In conjunction with TREX, the maker of composite decking, we will be collecting plastic film. Check out the video to learn more about this endeavor!

February 6th – February 17th— PowerSchool Parent Portal available to families for student course selection and verification

Rising 7th and 8th graders interested in taking the Journalism class elective, which meets during Huskie 21 on Wednesdays and Fridays, need to download a copy of the application. Students are responsible for The Huskie Howler, Holman’s online publication read by students, staff, and the community throughout the year. Staff positions are limited; students should complete and submit this application to Mrs. Luckert in room 1605 by Friday, February 17, 2017 in order to be eligible for the class.

The School Counseling Department is presenting a workshop titled, Time to Talk: Talking to Kids about Drugs and Alcohol on Tuesday, November 29th at 6:00PM in the Auditorium. Our guest speakers for the evening are Debbie Nelson, her son, Andrew, and Barbara Burke. Andrew (recent Godwin High School graduate in recovery) and Mrs. Nelson were recently featured in a Richmond Times-Dispatch article.
